Die-cut stickers are stickers where we cut all the way through both the sticker and the backing paper. They are an excellent product for bulk production and are also very suitable for selling individual stickers. They are a great addition to your webshop and look fantastic on display. **Standard and Custom Shape Die-Cut** You can have your die-cut sticker in exactly the size you want, and in your own shape too. The choice is yours: round, oval, square, and custom shapes. For custom shapes, you'll need to include a cutting line in vector format in your file. If you're unable to do this yourself, we can assist with the graphic work for an additional fee. We manufacture stickers starting from 15 mm onwards, but it's important to remember that sticker production has a margin of error of about 0.5 mm, so for smaller stickers, it's crucial to allow space at the edge of the sticker. We recommend leaving at least 2-3mm space for text and important design elements. **Indoor and Outdoor Use** For normal indoor use, our standard PP stickers are usually sufficient. If your sticker is placed in an area exposed to wear, strong light, or weather conditions over several years, then lamination is necessary. We recommend choosing our extra durable PVC vinyl + lamination for these conditions. Average outdoor lifespan: Standard PP up to 1 year Extra durable PVC-vinyl with lamination 5-7 years PP die-cut is available with a slit in the backing paper and without lamination. PVC vinyl is only available with lamination, but not with a slit in the backing paper.
