Introducing our high-quality PP stickers on a roll, available in both gloss and matte finishes, with or without clear lamination.

We are now able to produce smaller quantities of stickers on a roll in both standard round/square shapes and custom shapes. If you require a custom shape, you will need to create a cut line in a vector file yourself.

All sharp angles will be rounded with a minimum 1mm radius.

Your design must include an extra 2mm bleed beyond the cutting edge. It's important to note that the tolerance for cutting is 1mm. Therefore, avoid placing text and other elements too close to the edge that should not be cut. It's also advised against creating a "border" on your label, as they can easily appear skewed if the cutting shifts by just 0.5mm. It's often best to have the background of the label extend beyond the edge.

All stickers are printed in CMYK digital four-color process.

The rolls we print on are 220mm wide, so the maximum width for stickers is 210mm. We place as many as possible side by side, and then cut them into rolls. For example, an order of 1000 pieces of 50mm wide stickers could be divided into 4 rolls of 250 pieces each.

The core size the stickers are delivered on is 76mm. This type is not intended for machine application.

Outdoor durability in direct sunlight is approximately 30 days without laminate, and with laminate, they last about 2 months.

The minimum order for this product is 1000 pieces.
